You must be logged in to your account before finalising your order for your KM.POINTS to be added to your balance (if you're a new customer, you must create a new account before completing checkout to start collecting points).

Earn 5 KM.POINTS for every £1 spent onsite. Must be logged in to your account to accrue KM.POINTS.
ADD YOUR BIRTHDAY
Add your birthday in the KM.REWARDS modal and receive 500 KM.POINTS on your special day.
REFER A FRIEND
They instantly receive a £5 voucher to spend onsite, and you receive a £5 voucher when your friend uses their voucher.
HOW TO SPEND
Once you've collected at least 100 KM.POINTS, you can redeem voucher codes that can be used at checkout. Each 100 KM.POINTS is worth £1 in vouchers (ex. 500 KM.POINTS = £5 voucher).
There is no minimum spend to use your KM.POINTS vouchers. KM.POINTS vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers. KM.POINTS vouchers expire 6 months after being issued.

Log in to your account and open your KM.REWARDS console (in the bottom right corner of the screen). Go to 'Ways to redeem' and select 'Order discount coupon'. Select how many KM.POINTS of your available balance you'd like to use and redeem your voucher. You can then either copy your code or apply it directly at checkout. You need a minimum of 100 KM.POINTS to redeem a voucher. There is no minimum spend to use your KM.POINTS voucher.
Your KM.POINTS balance will expire 6 months after your last purchase date. If you make a purchase within 6 months, your KM.POINTS expiry date will be reset from your latest purchase date. If you haven't made a purchase in 6 months or more, your KM.POINTS balance will expire.
Only one code can be used at once.
You can redeem up to the value of £50 for one individual voucher.
Unused vouchers expire 6 months after they've been redeemed.
Your KM.POINTS are tied to your specific email address, so they cannot be transferred between accounts.
Send your friend your unique referral link and when they visit the site via the referral link, they get a voucher code for £5 off when they spend £30 onsite. If they shop and use that code, you get a £5 off voucher code too (same minimum spend of £30 applies). Your referred friend's £5 voucher expires after 6 months.
If you return your purchase and/or receive a refund, the points you'd earned on that order will automatically be removed.
