Shipping updates

Due to the high volume of orders we are experiencing, please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched. Customers will receive an email as soon as their order has been dispatched, which will include the estimated arrival dates. We appreciate your patience during this period.

Who delivers your parcels?

Royal Mail deliver the majority of our UK parcels. We use a mixture of First and Second Class services depending on weight, delivery service selected and cost. This way we can keep costs low and in turn pass these savings on to you. Depending on how quickly the items are required and the size/value of your order, we may use Hermes/Yodel 24/48hr. For our guaranteed next working day service we use Yodel/Hermes 24hr Tracked.

Unfortunately Kevin Murphy products cannot be sent outside of the UK and Ireland.

Delivering Aerosols

Please be aware that due to restrictions out of our control if your orders contains any aerosol item you will only be able to checkout with our UK Standard Service.

Ireland (BREXIT)

Currently our site may display VAT for customers in the EU in certain circumstances, however we can confirm we are not charging VAT and the price displayed at the checkout is the price excluding VAT. Therefore you will be responsible for any VAT and duties due when the parcel arrives in Ireland.

The parcel will be subject to VAT payments at the same rate that applies if the goods were brought in Ireland. An Post will notify you if the parcel has incurred customs charges and you will need to pay these online or in a post office to receive your parcel.

We are working on the integration for a duties paid delivery service which we hope to have up and running the in the new year.
